We want you to be 100% happy and know you will love what you ordered, but incase something doesn't work out our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/return or exchange.
Steps for easy returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be purchased directly from Infinity Store. **Proof of purchase is required.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, soaps, creams, coffee, teas, spices, syrups, oils, honey, beeswax perfumes, and earrings. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery in order to receive a refund/exchange.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, software, that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
To Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
1. Contact us. (subject: Return) with a reason for the return/exchange — e.g., wrong item, damaged, etc. Please include what date you plan to ship the item back to us.
2. Ship the item (s): We will contact you directly to complete the return and provide you with a free prepaid shipping label and (a Return Authorization Form to be placed inside your package). Use the shipping label to ship the item back to us in the original packaging. Drop off the package at your local Canada Post office. If you are shipping an item over $125, please consider using a trackable shipping service like UPS or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for return/exchange. Once we have confirmed the item was purchased from Infinity Store, is unused and is in its original condition, we will refund your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, and confirmed the item was purchased from Infinity Store, is unused and in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please note we will do our best to credit your account within 30 days.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you. Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
